Leadership
C4I’s leadership consists of preeminent legal, business, and academic practitioners. Collectively, the Board has deep expertise in law, governance, and public policy.
Our Board of Directors, chaired by Steptoe Senior Counsel Lucinda Low, has members who are partners at global law firms Brown Rudnick, Covington, Morrison Foerster, Paul Weiss, and Ropes & Gray. Multinational corporations AES, Bechtel, Sysco, and Unilever are also represented, as is the New York University School of Law, and the Washington College of Law – American University.
CEO, Amy Kracker Selzer, brings 18-plus years of experience advancing anti-corruption efforts, democratic governance, civil society engagement and global development. She previously worked in USAID’s Anti-Corruption Center in the Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights and Governance. Prior to that time, she served as Vice President, Technical Leadership and Programming for Kantar Public (now Verian), as a Managing Director at the American Institutes for Research, and as a Visiting Professor at the College of William and Mary, among other things. She has a Ph.D. from Brown University in Sociology, a B.A. in International Studies from University at Buffalo, SUNY, and an M.S. in Applied Sociology from Clemson University.
