Washington DC, November 1, 2023: The Coalition for Integrity (C4I) is pleased to announce that Worth MacMurray, who since July 2023 has served as its Interim President and CEO, has been appointed to the position of President and CEO, effective November 1, 2023.
Worth has deep experience in the areas of anti-bribery and corruption, transparency and accountability, compliance, good governance, and related areas. Among his roles, he has served as: general counsel for publicly-traded information technology companies in the United States; chief compliance officer in corporate regulatory crisis situations; a leader in the anti-corruption practice of PwC; and as an anti-corruption compliance program subject matter expert to the Special Outside Compliance Advisor to the Siemens Supervisory Board, among others.
In recent years, Worth’s work has included the assessment and certification of corporate anti-bribery management systems and other control frameworks. He was a participant in the US Technical advisory group sponsored by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) that worked with other countries to help create the ISO 37001 standard for anti-bribery management systems, has led overseas ISO 37001 training and workshops, and served as a lead auditor or subject matter expert on ISO 37001 certification and follow-up audits around the world for leading certification bodies.
Worth is a graduate of Princeton University (School of Public and International Affairs – with a concentration in Latin American Studies) and Georgetown University Law Center.

To be eligible, the individual or organization, in addition to having a reputation for integrity, must have a demonstrated and sustained record of actions and ideas relating to the promotion of ethics and integrity, anti-corruption programs and/or corporate social responsibility in the U.S and/or internationally.
Nominations may be submitted by a person(s) or organization(s). To be eligible for consideration, nominations must be submitted using either the Corporate Leadership or Integrity Award form. All submissions must comply with the Integrity Awards Guidelines.

The Coalition for Integrity is pleased to announce that Worth D. MacMurray has joined the organization as its Interim President and CEO, effective July 5, 2023, following the departure of Shruti Shah last month for a position at the U.S. State Department as a Senior Policy Adviser.
Worth brings to the interim role a wealth of experience in the areas of anti-bribery and corruption, transparency and accountability, compliance, good governance, and related areas. He has served as general counsel for a number of publicly-traded companies in the United States and as a chief compliance officer, practiced for several years in the anti-corruption practice of PwC, and as an anti-corruption compliance program subject matter expert to the Special Outside Compliance Advisor to the Siemens Supervisory Board, among other roles.
In recent years, he has been deeply involved in the assessment and certification of corporate antibribery compliance programs and other control systems. He was involved in the US Technical advisory group sponsored by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) that worked to help create the ISO 37001 standard for anti-bribery management systems, holds the “PECB Certified ISO 37001 Lead Auditor” designation, leads ISO 37001 training and workshops, and serves as a lead auditor or subject matter expert on ISO 37001 certification and follow-up audits for leading certification bodies.

Coalition for Integrity submitted comments on Feb 14, 2023 on the second notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) on the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), regarding beneficial ownership information access and safeguards. In our last comment, submitted February 2022, Coalition for Integrity identified several principles that were core to the effective implementation of an access rule for the CTA. The proposed rule released this December, as written, needs better clarification in several places to deliver on those principles – including timely, uncomplicated access for investigators and relevant financial institutions; utility of the data; and we offer our support for certain provisions and offer recommendations to FinCEN to strengthen the rule here
